Plot Summary
A holiday play, with humor and music about two men meeting in a shopping mall while waiting for their wives to complete their Christmas shopping. The play progresses from the day after Thanksgiving up to Christmas Eve and the two men become part of each other’s lives. The meetings between the men are intertwined with entertainment from mall entertainers, encounters with other shoppers and many humorous and touching Christmas Stories. This new play will be a wonderful way to spend a December evening with family, friends and fellow Soroptimists.

Intermission Event:
This year we will be hosting a “Christmas Cookie Table” for our guests. You are invited to bake your favorite candies or cookies (only homemade please). A signup sheet will be sent around in November at both meetings. This is your chance to show your stuff, Ladies.

What are your responsibilities?
In other years, we have filled the theater and earned money for our club activities at the same time. This year it sounds like we have a fun event and I hope everyone will work hard to sell 4 tickets. Let’s fill the theater!!!!

Tickets must be returned to Leah Tuttle by November 23rd.
     

KID'S KLOSET UPDATE

Our Kids Kloset project brings smiles from Mr. & Mrs. Lippert, as well as our own Soroptimsit member Sherry Schubert.

The bags are not filled with fall leaves; they are filled with clothes donated to the foster parent's exchange closet. It is another example of the fun we experience when working together.

Thanks to all of you who brought Fall clothing for the Kid's Kloset. We will be collecting Winter clothing at our Holiday Party on November 30.
