We are a service club. When we give something to, or do something for the community, it is part of why we are here. We do not expect anything in return. However, from time to time, what we do makes such a difference that it prompts others to acknowledge what we give. Here are some of the acknowledgements. .

Soroptimist International of Sequim

Thank you so much for the loan of bath seat, toilet riser and walker with wheels, which my husband used from November 16, 2001 until his death on February 6, 2002. They were such a great help to us. This is such a great ministry you
are providing and I’m sure every one taking advantage
of it will agree.

Enclosed is a check for $10.00. I wish it could be more but if my financial situation improves I will contribute in the future.

Thank you again and especially to Sally Sue Barry who helped me when I picked them up and when I returned the articles.

God Bless you.

Dear Ms. Blaurock and the Soroptimist International of Sequim,

Thank you all very much for choosing me to receive your business scholarship. I will be using it at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. I hope to study Aerospace Engineering and earn a Masters Degree after five years. For a career, I want to be designing new cutting-edge aircraft, perhaps in partnership with the Air Force.

Thanks again,
Heather Bloomquist

Dear Soroptimist International Members,

Thank you so much for the $1,000 scholarship. It will help me greatly in pursuing my education. I plan to study Physics and Anthropology. Thank you for helping me achieve this goal.

Dear Soroptimist International of Sequim,

I would like to say thank you very much for the scholarship your organization has granted me. I feel greatly honored for this opportunity from you. I cannot explain my gratitude and excitement in words, but can just say thank you so much.

II am very serious about my education. I plan to go to school and work very hard to make the most of my college opportunities. I will be attending Peninsula College for my first year and after that I will hopefully be attending Paramedic School in Tacoma and go to the Firefighter Academy in North Bend. These current final decisions are the reason for my tardiness of my thank you letter. Once again, thank you very much for your scholarship award..

Sincerely,
Stefanie Gates
